Workspace Options for Independent Artists (combinable)


1) OPEN STUDIO - MONTHLY

DAYS: every day
HOURS: 9:00am - sunset
FEES: $250 per month with free choice of days, $200 for two (fixed) days/week
INCLUDED: workspace, stand, use of air compressor
(if available)
PAYMENT/TERMS: payable in advance, on a month-to-month basis.
Please note: If the Studio has to be closed on a regularly scheduled Open Studio day, credit will offered for an alternate day


2) HOURLY

DAYS: by appointment only
HOURS: by appointment only
FEES: $10.00/hour (or portion thereof)
INCLUDED: workspace, stand, use of air compressor (if available)
PAYMENT/TERMS: payable daily
